Carlos spent over a decade at Tableau and Salesforce building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams consistently finishing at the top of the leaderboard in one of the most competitive sales organizations in the world. He's a two-time President's Club winner, a former #3 ranked manager out of 50 globally, and a back-to-back Americas and Financial Services Leader of the Year.

But the numbers only tell part of the story. What Carlos actually built at Tableau was a machine — teams with structure, accountability, clear pipelines, and a culture where sellers wanted to perform. He managed books of business in the range of $15–$32M+, oversaw teams of 10–15 direct reports, and consistently drove double-digit growth even in down markets.

His early career started the same way Cash Flow Castro operates today: hands-on and results-first. In college, he opened and ran his own sales branch for Vector Marketing, which sold Cutco Cutlery personally hiring and training 30–40 reps and driving $150K+ in revenue in his three months of operation.
